Today, I thought I would do some comparing of unemployment rates of select counties close to us in this state between 2011 and November 2014. Clallam                10.4%                8.9%
Jefferson                9.9%                8.1%
Kitsap                     7.9%                6.2%
Thurston                8.3%                6.5%
Pierce                     9.8%                7.3%
King                        8.1%                4.4%
Snohomish            9.3%                4.8%
Skagit                    10.1%               7.4%
Island                     9.1%                7.4%
Grays Harbor      13.2%              10.6%

So, going by these numbers, at least one county is doing worse than Clallam and Jefferson county. Still an employer's market in some areas. However, some counties are doing very, very well. They are looking for more workers. They are even offering more pay than usual.
