So our current president has announced trade tariffs against China. Trade tariffs taxes imports from certain countries, because it is claimed those certain countries are selling things in our country below producers in our country. If you don't know already, the annual Clallam County Job Fair (formerly called Clallam County Hiring and Resource Event) will take place on March 21st from 10am to 2pm and also from 5pm to 7pm at the Vern Burton Center in Port Angeles. Food and refreshments will be available. Bring resumes and be dressed for an interview. We are expecting more employers this year. There will also be community agencies there.
