So the company that bought the Nippon mill, McKinley Paper, is applying for installing new equipment into the facility. This could result in the temporary hiring of about 200 people. So the federal government still has not passed a budget. A lot of finger-pointing, but nothing really getting done. As a result, funding for various federal agencies has been halted.
