So this windstorm hit us hard, 60 to 65 mph gusts. Some places are still without electricity. It was very slow going moving through Port Angeles last Friday when people were getting off work. Is our infrastructure and emergency services up to the task in case of a major emergency? Also, are we prepared as residents for a major emergency?
