Here is the latest unemployment rates for some select counties for Sept. 2016 in Washington state according to the Employment Security Department.

Clallam 7.4%
Jefferson 7.3%
Grays Harbor 8.2%
Kitsap 5.7%
King 4.0%
Pierce 6.0%
Snohomish 4.3%

Washington state is 5.6% and the U.S. is at 5.0% as of Sept. 2016. When the unemployment rate hits around 5.0%, salaries start to increase because organizations want to keep their employees and not let other companies take them due to less qualified unemployed people available in the area.
