So, let's start this week off with the latest unemployment rates by county in Washington state as of July 2014.      1) Clallam County is at 6.9%.
     2) Jefferson County is at 6.5%.
     3) Island County is at 5.9%
     4) Kitsap County is at 5.1%
     5) King County is at 4.9%
     6) Pierce County is at 5.9%
     7) Snohomish County is at 5.3%
     8) Grays Harbor County is at 8.2%

As you can tell, unemployment rates are continually going down. King, Kitsap and Snohomish counties are in need of manpower. I have noticed this also in the amount of available jobs being posted in those areas.

As the economy continues to get stronger, employers will be forced to pay their employees more to keep them or they will move on. This is the next step in the recession recovery.
