We are in the prosperity phase. Unfortunately after the prosperity phase, always comes the recession phase. Several factors can cause the nation to go into a recession. The main factor is overvaluation. When items start to cost more than they are actually worth, then the bottom will fall out eventually.

The last two weeks, there has been problems with the site that I use to upload the jobs listing to. They were finally able to fix it. Many other documents were affected also. Over 100,000. So, I am not the only one using this free service. I do appreciate their service.

The Navy will station some ships there and their personnel will be stationed here. Hopefully this will have a positive impact on the local economy and encourage other agencies to use the deep harbor here.
