Also practicing answers for possible interview questions is helpful. It is commonly thought that this time of the year is when most of the hiring is done, so put more effort into finding job openings. Don't just wait for them to come to you.

There has been some finger-pointing and some back and forth going on between Cooke Aquaculture and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). They may go as far as shutting them down. I don't know how many are on the payroll at the fish pens by the Coast Guard Station, but I do continually see job postings for Aquaculture Technicians for there.
