So it looks like there will be a Saar's type store in the Port Angeles. There used to be a Saar's Marketplace here, but that shut down shortly after the Walmart here turned into a Walmart Supercenter and started selling food. Anyways, this new Saar's store will occupy the old Albertson's building. So some of those people that moved to Safeway after Haggen's skipped town may move back.
